Locations identified by an "operating as" / "doing business as" name (e.g. "1234 Alberta Ltd. o/a Tim Hortons"). This undercounts brands whose locations are named directly (plain "Tim Hortons", "McDonald's Restaurants of Canada"), so treat it as a lower bound, not a full franchise census.
